What Ossur, a leader in the design and manufacture of prosthetic limbs, needed most was a sense of unity. Over the years, their identity and marketing initiatives were handled piece-meal, one message at a time, from various sources. The lack of an organized identity, the relationship of product-specific messages to brand messages, and the labyrinthine task of navigating the company as a whole, had lead to confusion.

Transit not only developed a single cohesive brand identity using graphical and language style guides by which the brand could be identified, but also to clearly communicate the features and benefits of hundreds of varying products; we created an end-user experience that was easy to navigate for those seeking expensive, often custom-made, medically necessary tools for a better life.
