Deciding it was time to branch out and expand from being a hometown credit union to more of a regional financial institution, United Federal needed a new market campaign strategy to help them make a splash in neighboring cities. Knowing they wouldn’t get a second chance to make a first impression, we introduced them as the new, playful kid on the block with an endearing campaign that said we take your money seriously, but not always ourselves.
